"Bad attitude, Gossip is prevalent and chases away paying customers. The business they do at the ⛽ pumps and Liquor sales is all they care about. The rough area requires Security Officers, especially during night shift hours. Hospitality is not their specialty and vocabulary is limited. Stay away from this place would not help because this is a mainstream service station that is better than other areas along Independence Ave. I would not recommend anyone shop anywhere on Independence Ave., I don't know of anything good to say..."

"Very poor management as well as staff... They are all very rude and disrespectful. Customer service is something none of these people know anything about. They overprice everything. Literally charged me for sugar packets... I mean honestly, that's pathetic. The photo I have posted is on the door... Sure the neighborhood is a little rough but this is very unprofessional. Also guarantee they violate healthcode regulations. They honestly should be shut down. Or at least better management should be implemented."

"Was told to "go home and cook my own pizza" since I assume they were too lazy, needless to say I didnt go and cook my own pizza Edit 4/19/22: After 2 years I believe it's time for an edit. Crew has totally been replaced and I don't know the new people but they're still friendly and talkative. So far no issues but I frequent a lot less due to having to move a bit after this review was left 2 years ago. Love the pizza, especially love the iced coffee from this place and I love the refreshing feeling you get when you enter. If I didn't move so far I would probably be coming here every day before work for iced coffee. Iced coffee here is amazing, get one if you're curious! Honestly worth $4. Oh, the bean burritos and the frozen pizza right underneath it are both superb and if you're into spicy burritos I suggest going for the "Red Hot Beef & Bean Burrito" with the 7-11 logo. Oh but I suggest being careful as there seems to have been a rise in crimes near here and crazy people overall, honestly I wouldn't come here late night without a gun."

"You are not keeping your shelves stocked completely in some areas, like; fritos lay and hostess and hotdogs on the roller for instance. otherwise staff is always friendly and quick and professional!!"
