"Used to be very cordial and nice. I came in to have my car looked at. Said he couldn't look at it but threw the comment" just take it on down the road and maybe they'll waste their time looking at it." Huh !The numerous times I've come over the many years, I've always gotten my cars fixed. Very disappointing to be talked to so rudely by someone I would send people to so they can get their mufflers fixed."

"I don't know how this guy is in business. His shop is never busy. But one time I stopped there to get some work done on the exhaust of my truck. He refused to do the work because he said he was busy. Literally had one car he was working on and there was no other cars in sight. The guy straight up said what do you want I'm busy right now. Obviously don't know how to treat a customer when they walk in the door. Just an old grumpy guy. Went down the street to another muffler shop and it took them 30 minutes to fix my muffler. That being said I told him I can drop my truck off there to get it worked on but he simply didn't want any business. He might have been in the business for a long time, but customer service is everything in any kind of business. And this guy simply doesn't have any."

"Mike has been around for decades & still excells in his craft. Reasonable honest work. I refuse to let anyone else touch me & my families mufflers. Mr Mike is very intelligent & super sweet!"
