"just be aware with this dealership i have bought the brand new tesla model Y and have paid off all the remaining balance as they requested. However they never ship the car to my address as well as they supposed to. The lady whose is from shipping department also really suck i can’t really get a hold of her and i try to contact her by email and phone but unsuccessful. she try to avoid me. i hope anyone try to avoid this dealership to save your precious times and money"

"I work at the daycare behind this location and they have made it a point to ignore the fact they rent a limited number of spots from the landlord that owns our building and park in our limited spots and in the actual driving path and grass all over our parking lot and around our bus they make it unsafe for our families with very small children to come in and I can’t support a business that is more worried about getting more stock on the lot that human lives let alone the fact there is sometimes 10-15 spots in there parking lot that are empty but still full ours up making it so staff can’t park to come care for children and parents can’t drop off there kids safely without worrying about if they will be in an accident"

"I can remember a time when the technology provided by Tesla fascinated me. That being said, I will NEVER buy one. I work in the daycare behind this dealership. They rent 40 spots from the landlord that owns the property and as a small business we make it a point to be friendly with all the surrounding businesses. Repeatedly, this dealership has used more than double the spots allowed to them. They park them in non parking spaces and the grass. They block in our bus and make it unsafe and impossible to see while navigating through the parking lot to our center. Parents, staff and management have tried repeatedly to resolve the issues and insure safety of both our families and their own customers and each time it is met with zero change. I can't back a business, no matter how cool the product, that has such a poor sense of business management."

"It was ok. Arrived to literally zero parking spots. You would think when you were arriving to pick up your new car there would be a spot to park, but nope. It was on a Saturday which the employees told me was their busiest day but it was pretty apparent it was just a factory pushing as many people thru the process as possible. The showroom did have a cyber truck in it which was cool, but there was not a single accessory or other display to be seen. It was very odd to me but in the end I was there less than an hour so they get points for efficiency."

Occasionally I’ll have to come in for service and always get a loaner. One time they even came to me and provided service in my driveway."
