"I ordered a 10 piece combo all flat lemon pepper wings. This is what I received. I’ve been calling and calling and calling they not answering the phone so I’m going to go up there and talk to the manager and put my money back on my court. this is not what I ordered."

"The girl working the front counter was great! But once we picked up our food it all went downhill from there. I was so excited to get the hot honey chicken but after a few hours of eating it, I was throwing up for the next 48 hours. I don’t think I can ever eat at wingstop ever again."

"Tried to cancel an order, but it was marked "complete" when it was not. Orders were coming out 1+ hours after they were supposed to be. Email confirmation said to call them to cancel but the staff there kept saying to cancel online. I understand it's packed but at least letting people cancel instead of holding their money hostage seems like the bare minimum."

"Poor customer service very unprofessional food was cold not cooked throughly had to wait even longer to get my food remade also cookers made comments like why should they have to make the food over it’s just chicken not thinking about what cold food could do to people or even worried about people who may have sensitive stomach conditions so food has to be cooked through . Need to be retrained on customer service skills how to be efficient and make sure food is cooked right and served hot not sitting open so long where the food is now cold but yet they still serve to customers just for it to be returned in a matter of minutes. Need to be better."

"They got my wingstop order wrong. Total chaos in the store. If they can't handle when they get a lot of orders. They shouldn't take Them in the first place. Should just tell you when you come in the door to leave. Because we're going to screw your order and instead of giving you lemon pepper wings, we're going to give you plain wings. And instead of giving you voodoo fries. They're going to give you regular fries with a little zigzag of ranch dressing , and call them voodoo fries And then they won't answer the phone after you let it ring for probably 60 rings. And no one picks up."
