"The orange chicken and chow mein were cooked to perfection. Moist and tender, not overcooked. The staff was also a well oiled machine. Everyone was communicating and all the dishes were well stocked. It was a beautiful site! We had a small order so someone opened a second register and we were quickly out the door."

"On 11/15/2023 my lady visited the Panda Express located at 1494 S Hanley Rd, Richmond Heights, MO 63117. She was treated very poorly by one of your staff members yesterday evening while making a purchase. She was also overcharged, and when she went to ask the young lady, who was a young African-American female about the pricing, the young lady responded with an attitude. My lady was very upset. She was on her way to the hospital but chose to stop by your establishment for food along the way. She wasn't provided with a receipt, either. She was charged 27.70 for three small items and paid via card at 6:02 pm and met with attitude. I am not sure if this is how business is done, but I am very dissatisfied with the level of maltreatment and disrespect displayed by your staff member and would like to see how we can rectify this situation. I thank you in advance for your prompt response."

"Came to this location on lunch break because my coworker recommended the teriyaki chicken which they did not have. Everyone was unfriendly ( no smiling, no greeting). It was a very unwelcoming atmosphere. The food was just okay(warm not hot). This location is really close to my job but I don't think I'll be back."

"I used to come here decently often, I’d say about once a week or so, but recently came less due to the apparent shortage of both employees and supplies. This time that I visited, the floors and drink fountain area were disgusting. The quality of food certainly varies, but was absolutely horrible this time. A third of my bowl, which is supposed to be half and half, was undercooked orange chicken, and the chow mein was half cabbage. That is not an exaggeration. In addition, I was not given a fortune cookie."
