"Did an online order and went to pick up. First time there, and I wasn’t sure where to pick up. Went to walk up window and food wasn’t ready yet. However staff said go ahead and wait and we will bring it out. There was 2 mins on my catfish. It was another 5 or so minutes but all of my food was hot, fresh, crispy, and good. They provided plenty of sauce and we really enjoyed our meal."

"Food was great, staff were friendly and attentive. ALL FOOD is cooked when you order it, so it is fresh and delicious. They do / can NOT precook anything, or it will be really lousy food, so you will have to wait a few minutes, but it is SO WORTH IT to get fresh hot food. But I ordered on the APP and it kept texting me, saying my order was ready via text. That is the APP not the staff doing that, so be prepared for that to happen."

"Loved it! Oh my goodness! Ordered the family meal & it was delicious! Everything fresh! The meal came with 12 fish, 12 shrimp, 3 stuffed crab shells, 12 hush puppies, & 2 HUGE sides all for a reasonable price! I also couldn’t resist the fried okra! The customer service was excellent! This is an express location so only to go orders. Will definitely be going back for more!"

"I think long John Silvers got them beat! The fish fillets were so little and resembled more of chicken fingers than fish. They only have a walk up window or drive thru here. The drive thru was so long so I went to walk up window. My order was taken super fast, the girl said it be about 5 min. Well 20min later I was still waiting justbto find out that my food was given to someone else. The staff are very friendly, but the quality of the food not so great. Like I stated in the beginning I would go to Long John Silvers over Captain Ds any day!"

"Drive thru only with a walk-up window. Service is pretty normal for fast food places these days. Previous visit to walk up window I found the person inside sitting in a chair asleep. Other window person took my order at the other window. Last visit yesterday. Made 2 orders but received 2 of the same order. Food was good for fast food fish."
