"Giving this place all the stars it deserves! Quality and Quantity go hand in hand. Servers are respectful and swift, always making sure you understand what you’re ordering and making sure anything you dont like can be adjusted for your taste. THE FOOD NEVER MISSES! FANTASTIC TASTE EVERY TIME!! The Tonkastu (pork) Ramen is my favorite and the flavor is always mind blowing. Shout out to the Owner Andy, my first time going I got the “Andy Special” for a birthday treat and he has a true talent for creating special recipes. I hope he makes it a part of the menu someday so I cant spoil the goods! NEVER WILL BE DISAPPOINTED HERE!"
"I've passed this restaurant many times. My daughter found it on Google and decided she wanted to go here for her birthday. Omg! I'm glad she did! Some of the best food I've ever had! (Im eating my leftovers while writing this and its STILL divine!) The table of 9 was raving. My kids loved the food, the atmosphere and our very friendly waiter. Definitely a new place to frequent!! I'll be telling my ladies we need to do lunch here asap!"
"They always put so much effort into the presentation, moreso than other sushi restaurants I've been to that cost more, and the sushi always tastes phenomenal. To top it off, the fish for sashimi always tastes perfectly fresh with a wonderful texture. Probably my favorite sushi spot."
"There's a variety of things to say First, the food. Coming from someone who's lived years in Japan proper, the ramen rates as some of the best I've had, and I've had ramen from Hiroshima to Sapporo; from California to Florida. The tonkotsu broth is delicate, correctly salted, and not greasy. The noodles are perfect, though the only thing missing from traditional ramen is choice of noodle preparation (firm or soft), but I haven't asked. All the additional toppings are all accurate and delicious; I would eat the ramen eggs as a dish all it's own if I could. The fried rice dishes are equally subtle in flavor; not overly greasy, cooked in light soy sauce would be my guess, and the chicken glaze and chef sauce are equally light in flavor. This is not your overbearing fried rice. The American style sushi rolls aren't my thing, but the one's I've tried are all pretty good. I like the simple rolls myself, but you'll find a wide variety of amazing options. They have unagi (BBQ eel) get that, too! And the appetizers? Both the seared tuna and the takoyaki (octopus dumplings) are amazing. The takoyaki is a traditional Japanese food and the batter comes out perfectly; golden outside with a soft, rich inside. The toppings, again, all great. The BBQ may be a bit on the sweet side. The service has always been nice. If you're there when the owner is there, he will gladly talk to about himself and his food. Great guy! Parking lot and getting inside is pretty easy to navigate. The interior is very clean, but not a lot of decoration, it feels very open. Traditional Japanese restaurants are very small and filled with cozy nooks. Can't hold that against them, but that's the last thing holding the restaurant back from being near authentic. If you go, I recommend a hot green tea, takoyaki, and tonkotsu ramen. PS: I think the owners a fan of One Piece. See if you can tell when you go... :)"
