"December 26, 2023 at about 3 pm. This employee needs some help with the no receipt return policy. Especially with it being the day after Christmas, returns should be expected. We were trying to avoid the gifter knowing that we were trying to exchange their gift for another style. Not only did this employee refuse the return, he asked if we could contact the gifter to get their information for the return. I did just that. :( Then he proceeded to read ALL of their personal information aloud in the store. Luckily the receipt was found and the transaction worked out! Our experience, however, was not favorable. The attitude we felt from this employee was less than professional. It continued when we felt we were not being allowed the space to shop. At that point, we just left with our exchange, and did no additional shopping. Going forward, we will be finding other clothing stores for our needs."
