Every time I've been here... the employee's are more focused on stocking the shelves or filling an online order than they are helping the customers that are waiting in line... Especially the green haired gal... horrible customer service. This place is TRASH! Needs new management."

"This 7-11 used to be staffed with friendly and personable people who did their best to remember customers and their personal preferences. NOT any more. Now, if I have time I will drive a little further and avoid the 7-11. Some clerks go out of their way to be unpleasant. A sullen attitude and deliberate rudeness appears to be part of the job training. I watched today as a clerk labeled "Assistant Manager' refused to help a woman get a receipt. He claimed he asked EVERY customer if they wanted a receipt. Howeve,r he checked out 4 people while I waited and i didn't hear him ask even one if they wanted a receipt. Seemed he took pleasure in refusing to even try and help the woman. Sad that things have changed ao much. The friendly neighborhood corner store no longer exists, it's gone."

"Worst 711 in the entire Kansas City area. I cannot stress this enough but if you can take your business elsewhere I would. The staff is rude and incompetent. The store is always a mess or in some disheveled state of disarray. It's just all around a bad experience like I said if you can find somewhere else anywhere else is better than there when it pertains towards any form of convenience."
