"I am having issues with my dyson v11 vacuum showing "Filter Not Sealed". Dyson customer service sent me a replacement filter and I am still having the same issue. The next step they provided was to call my local service center and provided me with your number. I've tried calling multiple times over multiple days and can not get anyone to answer the phone. Is there a better way to contact someone?"

"I was able to take my broken 5 year old Dyson upright in without an appointment. After 5 minutes in the back, it was returned to me fixed with a new replacement part covered by the warranty. GREAT SERVICE!!"

"I’m not rating the service center, I’m rating the Dyson vacuum I purchased. My vacuum no longer works on the max suction setting and that’s the only setting where the vacuum will actually pick anything up. There are no blockages as I looked for all that. I don’t know why they brand these vacuums as being the best of the best. Because they definitely are not. Save your money and buy something else."
