"I recently had my vehicle repaired here twice actually and both times where a headache!!! When the first accident happened they had my car for over a month only for it to not be right. Apparently someone tried to break into a bunch of cars including mines (this was after it was repaired but they were still waiting on a windshield replacement in which they put the wrong windshield in my car since I have heads up display) so not only did have to bring the car back due to the damage from break in but also to get a second replacement windshield! Who knew that a few days later I would get hit again… so I bring my car back and they are to replace windshield, fix damage due to break in and repair new damage caused by second accident. This second repair process also took over a month. I just got my car back and have had to go back twice already…the repair was so poorly done my door no longer lines up correctly, my window does not shut properly, and I am getting excessive wind noise. I had the door replaced and rear quarter panel repaired but it seems as thought it was not done properly. I am extremely unhappy with the quality of my repair and I will never go back to the place for any type of body work again. I thought by going to the Chevy Dealership they would be able to properly fix my Chevy but I am so unsatisfied. It feels as thought they rushed the work done on my car which I don’t understand since they had it for over a month. I have went back multiple times to try to see if they could correct problems with door but to no avail. Now my inside door panel is falling off so I have to go back up there again. At this point I am ready to file a BBB complaint because this repair cost over 5k and I should not be having this many issues. Not to mention I live 30 mins from this place so I have burned so much gas and put so many unnecessary miles on my car….mind you I have a 2015 Camaro with only 38k miles on it…..!!! I can’t believe this!!!"
