"I am making this review because of Pam at service. She completely understands what customer satisfaction means. Everytime I see her she is swamped with customers. Saying this she is quick and treats all of us like we are her priority. Sometimes, I feel People want to complain. I want to give a little bit of what she deserves. I actually don’t mind going for service. She’s awesome!!!! We need more Pam’s"

"I have never been more pleased with a service experience. Hilary and Brad (Sprinter tech) took great care to make sure I was accommodated - it was an emergency and they stayed overtime to finish the job. Brad is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. I left feeling very satisfied with the appointment (full maintenance service with a detailed estimate for a needed repair) and beyond grateful for the accommodation. If you need a repair, you’re not going to find a better place to take your Mercedes."

"So I have been waiting for an extended period of time, only to find out that they forgot us. This was set up to be an appointment. This is acceptable if we were at KIA, but less than acceptable for Mercedes. It necessitated arranging for alternate transportation to pick up our daughter from work. It also required changes plans for a business dinner tonight as well. The car was not washed when we received it either. The truly ironic thing is my wife and I toured the sales room. There were at least 3 people in there two were transfixed by their phones. One was staring at his computer screen mesmerized. When it comes next time to buy a Mercedes, it won’t be here. The combination of inadvertent service department and a communist sales department is a fatal combination for this consumer of luxury automobiles."

"This has gone from the best to the worst service center for Benz in the st Louis Missouri area. The person ordering parts for my car called me and said they were in so I made a 1 pm appointment for a 1 hour job. At 2.31 pm I left when the service advisor claimed only 1 of 2 arrived and they were going to have to find out what happened. This means they were going to order the other one. No car wash or vacuum. Inappropriate attitude. I used to do all my business there. Next week I have an appointment at 1 PM and get there at 12.50. The service advisor claims that the machine was down all day and no one called me. Next week I have a 1 PM appointment and I make it on time. They don't want to do the work. At 3.05 PM I get the work done. No vacuum or wash. So I go to the car wash and the key isn't recognized by the vehicle on Monday On Wednesday I go to the car wash and the other key isn't recognized I only have the original key to run the car Now I have to make another appointment with plaza at Creve Coeur to get 2 keys recognized by the car"
