"Ordered a Route 44 Diet Cherry Limeade. Flavor was weak and no cherry or lime was in the drink. $4.31 for a drink and they can’t get it right. Not a good place that I intend to go back."

"The people at this location have NEVER messed up my order unless i said something wrong and i endup coming twice a week often for the past year atleast, they are always friendly and couldnt ask for better food from a fast food place !"

"Extremely rude staff. From the person on the stall speaker to the woman on the drive thru speaker. We were sitting in a spot, pushed the button and were greeted with a very rude, “you’re gonna have to go to the drive thru.” Not a sorry, thank you, nothing. When we got to the drive thru, we began our order for a cheeseburger without the toppings. Asked for only cheese and onions. “Well, it’s a cheeseburger so it’s gonna have cheese on it.” Just rude. My wife advised that she was just making sure they understood. Then the lady said again, “well, yeah like I said it’s a cheeseburger, so it’s implied. You don’t have to ask for something that already comes on it.” I’m not sure if this is part of their orientation at this location, but the parking lot was dead at 4pm and Sonic is pretty delicious. So, I would be willing to assume, the mantra here is just get them out of here. Needless to say, we didn’t order anything. We took our business to Culver’s where the customer service was OUTSTANDING!"

"Fries are easiest thing to make a fast food place .. these fries in photo have been sitting all day. What happened to cook to order? We come almost every day of the week for fries and this happens more times than none. They are hard as a rock I have no idea how the employees can even hand them out without seeing. management please address!!!"

"I love Sonic. I love the app. I loathe this location. This was about the 10th we have visited this location and about the 10th time they have messed up our order. Tonight we received a milk water chocolate shake and a blue raspberry lemonade slush with no blue raspberry and nerds? While we waited in the parking we watched multiple employees stand around and one laughing and what appeared to be joking around with his hat sideways. I get that working in fast food isn’t a dream job, but at least try. We will take our business elsewhere."
