"Ordered delivery at 9pm. Waited 20 minutes, they sent the order to DoorDash. 10 minutes later it arrives, without the double order of breadsticks or sauces. You can tell they were holding onto the food before sending it out with DoorDash. Smh."

"Sends us the wrong delivery order, accuses us of lying until she finally took our phone number, then admitted they sent us the wrong food and sent us the correct order presumingly late and cold. TERRIBLE STORE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We'll stick to papa johns from now on."

"Intense & EXTREMELY disrespectful for quite literally no reason. I was the only customer there with an online order & the woman at the front desk was insanely rude & short with me from the get go. Immediately after that she proceeded to laugh/scream at a woman who was obviously having a difficult time ordering due to broken English. She was completely unwilling to help, just continued to literally SCREAM the same things at this poor woman over an over. I’ve never encountered this kind of behavior, especially unprovoked & at the work place. I’m sure making pizzas can be stressful but your customers are not the outlet to take it out on."

"Pizza was cold. We got the two medium three topping deal? Two pizzas with driver tip ended up costing $40.00. $32.84 for the pizzas alone. First off, the pizza was cold and didn't seem to have much for sauce on it. The thin crust was like a cracker with a few toppings and minimum of cheese. Barly edible. The original hand tossed crust was the same with hardly any sauce and very few toppings (for ordering three of them). We were very disappointed to say the least."

"Never any delivery drivers, so order gets canceled more than actually getting your order. If you want to pick up maybe order from here. I guess the $5 delivery charge should get paid to hire drivers instead of the company keeping the money and the drivers relying on the tip money or maybe pay me $5 for picking it up since I'm using my own car, gas and insurance. Plus the app crashes every time you try to use it. Keep on losing customers and we'll have another empty pizza hut location out of business in the area."
