"I have been using Climate Control for scheduled maintenance for years. Each technician that comes out for the appointment is just as great as the previous. It makes me think this company cherishes its employees because they all seem to enjoy what they do and are always very friendly. As someone who likes to do alot of my own work around the house and on vehicles etc I really have grown to trust these technicians when they explain what they are going to do, what work they have performed and what they see in the systems in the house. I have never been pressured to replace anything. Their approach is to let you know what's working well and if needed show you what they may see concerns with and just let you know what to watch, then provide the documentation including pictures and test results on why they want you to be aware of their concerns. Its a very stress free experience and I believe Climate Control has an approach of retaining customers through honest and impeccable service."
