"I love the employees in this store. I buy my esstinal oils here. There is still customer service in our world. This shout out is for Jaxyson at Liberty store. I was out of ciinnomon oil and when I got to store they were out too. Than this nice young man asked me if I needed help so I asked if any in back. He remembered about a return and went found the box and last bottle in store just for me! It made my whole day!"

"I like natural grocers in general, but they did not have Blueberries in stock at this location , and 2 of the hummus I bought was moldy, and they weren't even the marked down ones, which I noticed in store were also moldy(and still on your shelf I didnt buy them). I live far from here, so I'm not driving to refund $10 of hummus. 3 stars."

"This ,Liberty,Mo store makes the location in Indep,Mo look bad!, I visited the store in Liberty Dec 20,2023, for first time and I couldn't believe how clean and easy it was to find what I needed w/o alot of help, but then when Maya came to ask if I needed anything,I was so impressed with her personality and kindnesswe will go out of our way ...long way,to shop there,really like this store"
