"I was charged for Toll fees and I have not driven anywhere with tolls. Got an email, called the local to Columbia office and they reassured me that I won’t be charged as they don’t see toll charges on the bill. I was charged. Now waiting for 20+ mins on the line for them to answer my phone call so I can figure this out and get my refund. Already wasted 60 mins dealing with this issue. Customer service shouldn’t be this hard. I’ll change my reviews if needed after resolution. I’m not sure if I will rent from them again."

"We rented a car from them in September. We booked it a few days in advance and still had to wait 30 minutes for our car to be available even though there were multiple others in the same class on the lot. The staff kind of ignored me, and I heard them talking about starting another customers rental early since they were delivering it by telling him “they couldn’t deliver it when he needed it, but could deliver it earlier” even though they were saying they were free. We also called and asked a few questions about adding another driver the day before, and were told something totally different upon arrival. The car I waited 30 minutes on had a tire with low air that we had to air up multiple times and a “maintenance required” light on when we got it."

"I reserved a large SUV at this location and I’ve rented vehicles with Enterprise more than 10 times over the last 3-4 years. I paid for the rental + the large security deposit with my debit card. After all was done; they come back out and tell me that it MUST be a credit card. I’ve literally rented this type to vehicle 4 times with my debit card. So I’m calling customer to figure it out and while I’m standing here trying to talk to customer service - THEY GIVE THE SUV TO SOMEONE ELSE. What does a “reservation” mean? Worst location I’ve ever been to - do NOT rent here and go to St. Louis."

"Getting the car was fine my issue was I got the vehicle and within 2 days it was due for an oil change. Called and asked what I can do about that and it’s either swap the car out or stop by a valvoline to get it changed for free. I stop at a valvoline and after an hr of being there they tell me the cars too new and doesn’t show up under enterprises fleet information. They try calling the number and nothing, can’t get ahold of anyone. So I take it to the shop I normally go to because they were much cheaper than valvoline was and pay for it out of pocket because they said I would be reimbursed by enterprise. Give them the recipt and am told I’ll get a check in the mail but could take awhile. I wait about 2-3months and reach out because I haven’t heard anything. They tell me it’s not their problem it’s out of their hands and that I need to call the billing/accounting department at enterprise and give me a phone number. I’ve called at least 5 times in the past 2 months and am sent to voicemail I leave a voicemail with no call backs. What I gather from this experience is run their cars into the ground because they won’t take care of it or you"
