"They started on my vehicle Monday and promised if not done Friday I could pick up next Monday. Monday comes and no phone call. I call Tuesday. If no phone call I can pick up Wednesday. Don’t call and went to pick up car and won’t be ready till Thursday! I did not appreciate the run around, wasting gas and no explanation. I prefer honesty!"

"They repaired my car about a year ago. Paid close to $2200 out of pocket to get car fixed. When they finished my car, it looked great. However, a year later the clear coat they applied is peeling. It's under warranty, they agreed to fix it but its been hard trying to get an appointment to fix it and my phone calls are not being returned"

"Not happy. I received the invoice and realized they charged me a $7.00 convenience fee to use a credit card WITHOUT giving me a choice to write a check. Called and discussed it with them and they were in apologetic saying “that’s industry standard”. That’s why tow companies are considered shysters and can’t be trusted!! The driver was pleasant and courteous but will not ever use them again."
