"I took my Jeep in for trouble shooting off a gauge / electrical issue. They did the trouble shooting and narrowed it down to the control module for the after market radio / steering wheel control interface. They were up front about not being familiar with installing / programming those devices. I was going to be weeks before I could get to a steroid shop and they wanted to charge a trouble shooting fee, so I just ordered the module myself, did the programing and installation. Everything back to normal. These guys did a great job on the trouble shooting and when they got to a point that they felt it would be more beneficial from a cost perspective to stop and give me the options vs. throwing more time (and money) into the job they made the right call. I am a mechanic by trade, and these guys really are a professional outfit."
