"Had an emergency situation. My driver side window on my 2012 VW Bug wouldn't raise. Its 25 degrees in this morning. I called the service dept s/w Scott. Told him I do have a scheduled appointment but its a little over a month out smh. He let me bring it in. Checked for the parts & will have for me the next day. Even asked if I'd like for him to check another apparent issue! In a world where customer service is down right lacking. I am blessed to say that was not my experience at Suntrup's service depth.
