"The Customer Service is second to none. You may hear that about places periodically, but this is the real deal. My car was finished a lot quicker than I had expected, and they did an excellent job. I was highly impressed with every aspect of the experience and I can’t recommend them enough. I hope this was the only time I will need them, but if not, I will be going back to them without question."

"New windshield installed in August . Heavy downpour 3 weeks later and rain came in my car and was leaking on my shoe. Called them back up and they blamed my moonroof for the leak. Brought it back to them and said they couldn’t find anything wrong. Would not recommend them !"

"DO NOT TRUST ABBY GLASS! The service itself was great! Friendly staff and fast service. But they still charge you for labor even though that time is not used. Got charged $90.00 for 3,60 hours for labor. The service took maybe an hour….give and take a few minutes. So why are we being charged $60.00 for 2 hours of labor we did not utilize?! This might just be me, but I don’t think we should be charged for the $60, when those two hours of labor were not used up. We will not be using this place again! If you don’t want to lose your money, do not use this place! They are cheating people out of their money!"
