"Call this place to get a price on selling my F-150, 12,500 mi. They took the car in to the dealer and offered me a very low ball price of $13,000 ...when I told them Blue Book came in at $16,000 they then offered me $16,000. I would not go to this dealer because obviously they don't give you the best pricing up front. I ended up selling it to another dealer for $17 000."

"This review is for their body shop. I'll start off by saying Tammy Korman is the absolute worst person I have ever had to deal with. (She's the body shop manager) Tina is a sweetheart though. I dropped my car off Feb. 13 with Rick at this shop for repairs to my bumper and quarter panel (rear right side) after getting into a hit and run. A month later, I went to pick my car up and noticed two HUGE bulges in both my front tires. My car had no bulges or no issues with my tires when I dropped it off. Somehow in the month that they had my car in their possession this happened to my tires. Nobody has any explanation. Tammy was VERY rude and hung up on me multiple times as I was trying to explain the situation. (She's been on vacation for the last week so she doesn't even know what's going on). She was constantly arguing with me and yelled over the phone that she's not going to help me, it's nothing they can do and for me to come pick my car up (with the BAD tires). They have pictures of my car from the day I dropped it off that show NO BULGES in the tires but SOMEHOW it is my fault that my tires did that while it was in their possession. Their communication is TERRIBLE!!!!!! Tammy is a liar. I caught her in multiple lies. Somebody very clearly made a mistake and now I have to purchase two new tires on my dime. I don't know if they accidentally switched the tires out or what happened. Since I have no explanation I can only assume. This was the only shop that could get me in so quickly and now I see why. They are terrible. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! Tammy is a terrible person to work with. We also spoke to the General Manager Eric P. who ultimately did nothing to help me in this situation."

"Extremely disappointed in the service provided by the body shop operating at the Suntrup Ford-Kirkwood location. A relative had dropped their car off to be serviced for exterior body work to the BACK of their vehicle. Upon picking the vehicle up, the front tires were replaced with extremely used, and perilous tires. After bringing this to staff attention, a process was explained regarding the tires that ultimately would not qualify for the front tires to be repaired or replaced--as the initial damage was pertaining to the back bumper of the vehicle. The issue was escalated to a staff member by the name of Tammy, who has been dismissive and has lacked accountability for the issue. The underlying facts of business; as a customer who is spending their money for repairs ANY and ALL concerns should be properly acknowledged and addressed. I would not recommend this location for repairs. Picking up a vehicle with swapped out tires that are less than subpar is robbery!"

"Chad and the Service Manager gave me incredible service! Chad was very responsive, got my van in fast and repaired my van perfectly. The pricing was extremely reasonable. "It was as if the Service Dept was waiting for me specifically when I arrived this morning. Harvey was just lovely. Responsive, kind, and efficient. He also offered me a ride both ways, but I did not need one. The entire process was quite smooth. So glad to have Suntrup so nearby."
