"Short buzz cut manager is a douche to multiple customers before me. When it was my turn, they stopped the key cutting machine months ago, no apology or sincerity from him. Even though my local autozone told me to drive to Kirkwood for this service. Thankfully a nice guy offered Lowes. I’m in a good mood and decided not to confront today. Corporate can figure this out."

"Needed coolant and someone to run the codes on my vehicle today. Sam welcomed me with a smile and immediately asked what I needed help with. He was so patient and took the time to explain my codes and put the coolant in for me. I didn’t know what to expect walking in today( I’m woman with 0 automotive knowledge) but left a happy customer! Thanks again Sam!!"

"Mike was very kind and helpful! He took his time installing my new battery to make sure everything went smoothly and my car wasn't damaged. The battery is in an awkward spot, and I wouldn't have been able to install it without him."

"Terrible Customer Service I’ve only been to Auto Zone about 5 times in my life. Had a recent issue with my car and decided I’d try fixing it myself to save a little money. I went twice in one day within a couple hours. The first time I went in, the employee was nice and helpful. He helped me find the parts I needed in their system after I gave him info about my car. After chatting with him for a bit, he generously gave me a bit of a discount - 10% or 20% - without asking for anything. After realizing I had the wrong part when I got home to do the repair, I went back to the same location to exchange for the correct one. The previous employee who helped me was no longer there, and a new person helped me. When checking out, I mentioned that the previous employee that helped me had hooked me up with little discount - and asked her if I could get it on the exchange. I was fine with getting a “no”, but thought I would try since the previous employee had been so generous. The employee then, in turn, went OFF on me. She literally yelled at me - even used the F word - stating how rude it was of me to ask since it was a different employee who had helped me. There were other customers and employees present who simply just watched. Least to say, this was super embarrassing and I wasn’t even sure what to do or say. She did end up giving me the discount out of the “inconvenience of having to come back the same day” due to being directed towards the wrong part. However, this interaction alone will ensure I never return to an AutoZone, or at least this location."
