"Reached out to them regarding any available coupon codes before I placed a $450+ order and was told none available. A week after I place my order, they lower the price of the item by 11% - reached out twice asking about a courtesy refund for that amount and no response. A little shady"

"Order placed 7-20-2023 for 6 plants, only received 3...called several times and reply same every time from same female voice, "I will speak with packaging and email you." Never got the email as of 9-18-23. This last time put on hold, spoke with somebody and gave story "will check with inventory." Forget it, I am so disappointed I want nothing to do with your business and want my money returned."

"If I could give it 6 stars, I would! Absolutely, 100%, over the moon pleased! Ordered a cherry tree last year and it was huge, arrived super healthy and well-packaged. I planted it late august last year and this spring it was the first of my trees to sprout some leaves. Looks very promissing. This spring I ordered a couple of currant bushes and those were also impecably packaged and very healthy. The plants here are not cheapest but worth every penny. Bushes I ordered from other nurseries looked like sticks and arrived mostly dried up. Grimm’s Gardens delivers excellence every time."

"Very Bad Experience!! Do Not Order anything Online from this company!!! They consciencly attached misleading labels to the shrubs they sent to us! We ordered 5 GALLON plants, they sent us 3 GALLON plants, consciencly putting the 5 GALLON label on them! On the picture below you will see the 3 GALLON plant which we bought locally (to the left) And so called 5 GALLON plant (to the right), which they sent us"
