"Placed order from the App, only ordered ice cream, it took over 10 minutes to get the order only to find out no Peanut butter in the peanut butter shake, very disappointing"

"Service was fast and the carhop, great! It’s refreshing to be addressed and to get a thank you. I’ve always loved Sonic cheeseburgers and fries. One of the reasons they’re so good imo is that you can depend on them being fresh to order. But the last several times this doesn’t seem to be the case. The patties are luke warm at best, the bun is cold and the fries taste like they’ve been refried. I understand it’s tough when you’re understaffed so I’m hoping it’ll get better!"

"This restaurant staff were quick & friendly. Food was as ordered & very good. 10/19/2023 - My order of the foot long chili cheese coney was lacking. You got the Jalapeños right & I am grateful but disappointed about the onions missing. It is just not the same with out the onions."

"Two workers walked in looking mad already and wasn't there very long and walked out the door leaving them short handed. We wondered if we should have stopped there. The food was great and the people that were working there were quite friendly."

"Ordered 50 bucks worth of food on the mobile app. Got there, checked in, sat for 40 minutes - stopped a carhop to ask about my order, she went in to check, and then brought my drinks out and went to go back inside - I had to ask about my food again. “That’s probably what’s sitting on my warmer” MY SISTER IN CHRIST As predicted, the food was cold. Don’t use the app, they apparently don’t know how it works."
