Casey's

"We have used Casey’s since it was built and it was a great place to get gas but the last year my bank card has been copied in the outside pump three times and used and the bank has to get me a new card. Law enforcement says a lot of people are having the same problem so it has to be at this store and it either it’s done at the plump or a inside person either way you have to find who is doing it or you will lose customers. Then on the next few days we get a call from amozon asking if someone is useing my card ,the only place we use this card is for gas. Three times my card has been used for gas at your station and the card has been changed at lease the numbers are changed and it still keeps happening . The second time Casey’s called told me my card was used for a dollar the same day we got gas."

"Some reason on Wednesday the kitchen likes to make boneless wings and make 30 of one thing and nothing else out for breakfast. Nobody wants boneless wings at 7 am stopping making them."

"I came in this morning to get gas and was treated rather rudely by Kathy (an employee thats been there for 12 years according to her name tag). I understand that it's difficult to break a $100 bill first thing in the morning, however it was all I had. But I did not appreciate the immediate annoyance and eye roll when I tried to pay for my fuel. The offhand remark about me being lucky a drop had already been made also wasn't necessary, stating that she would have just turned me away otherwise. Then she snatched the money out of my hand and refused to give it back when I stated I would go elsewhere since it was an issue to break the bill. I tried to call and speak to a manager and was able to talk to Tammy, who just brushed off my complaint altogether. I usually don't go to this location as it us because I've never had a pleasant experience with this employee, but I wanted to try and get hot chocolate (which is still out of order at both locations). I'll stick with going to the South Casey's location with nicer employees."

"Can't seem to find enough help to maintain 24/7, ohh and shut pumps off completely from pay at pump, cause that makes life simple on a bike or hot rod who plans on this stops as your the only station in town,not the first time from lack of management this station has lost business from this , ridiculous"

"I went in to order a pizza and the employee was like you want that same pizza I said yes. It was partially my fault for not making sure he would do it right. But he was also in the wrong for not asking how I wanted the pizza. I get my pizza and I pay and head to my car. I look in the box and the pizza was not made like I wanted it to be. I go back in and I tell the cashier what had happened, she gets rude with me calls me some other person name and I said I wanted her to call the manager and she's like I am the assistant manager, I don't care your not the head manager. She calls the head manager and I talk to her. The head manager crystal was very nice. I got my money back. I will never go back there ever. I will never buy anything from the Casey's in hiawatha ks over by the McDonald's again."
