I have been here twice in the past two years (my sunroof keeps getting clogged up with pine needles because I keep making the poor decision to park my vehicle under the blasted tree). Dave pays so much attention to detail - besides clearing out the clog that caused the flood in my car, he cleaned up all the water, lifted up the carpet on the wet side to let it dry out, and timed the thingy so that the sunroof slides open smoothly again ... and he did it all so quickly.
