"Good and honest people, they provide good services at fair prices. Follow-up, I went to another place for oil-change today, they pull out the bolt with threads on it. They said it is the fault of the last time oil change. Who knows? I changed oil in A & D, I don't know who should I blame for this, but clearly I am the victim. "My family has gone to this shop since forever. Andy is my favorite! He never does extra stuff or sneak thing in, he tells you what it is. I had a problem with my car and he told me it was better to buy the piece for $80 because it was very dangerous to be driving around like that and it was going to be more expensive then, and I said ok and didn't listen ... about a month later I bring my car in for a repair that I could've have done for cheap and Andy warned me! He is a very honest person!"
