"cashier was wonderful but everyone else was terrible. workers laying around in the back I didn’t get my food until 10:52pm and I placed my order at 9:39pm it was made wrong the first time and then I was told another 13 minutes and it took almost two hours to complete my order very poor service with no apology for the wait"

"Whoever was working tonight must hate their job and took it out on everyone. I ordered delivery and got literally NONE of what I ordered (two boneless wings meals with Korean, Hawaiian, mango habanero flavors with two things of extra seasoned fries). I did end up getting six flavorless unseasoned chicken tenders sitting in a pool of frying oil in one box, and one box of soggy fries short on seasoning. There were a few sauces, one upon opening smelled literally rancid and spoiled. I gave up trying to eat the tenders because they were simply unpalatable. I wouldn't even feed the raccoons in my backyard with those chicken tenders. Disgusting. I called and asked for a refund but honestly I'm not counting on ever getting my money back despite the employee saying they're running it now. Avoid this place like the plague."

"So my total was $15.11, gave the cashier a $20, then said wait, I have eleven cent. This person told me she could NOT accept the eleven cents because it would make her draw short if she gave me the $5.00 bill I was requesting."

"I have DoorDash in this place maybe three times it would be more but you want to know why it’s not more because they never give me my flipping ranch ever. I have never once ordered DoorDash from here and received my ranch and it makes me so pissed. Last night when wings decided OK let’s get Wingstop and guess what did I get my ranch per usual"

"Threw $35 majority of food away. Tried one of everything I ordered before letting dogs have a wing each and trashed the rest. Shameful they served it to anyone. Tenders looked like they were pulled from bottle of oil. Entire order disgusting. Brownie was (ok). Dont want order replaced. Wouldn't eat there ever again, even if free for life."
