"Easy to access, exceptionally clean cars, knowledgeable and helpful staff. It's a small location, but I've never had to wait for a car to be ready for pickup (like I have at other car rental agencies), and if you can work within their opening hours, you can get a very convenient rental. They have a dropbox for after-hours returns, and that has always worked well for me. I've rented from this location several times and will continue to do so."
"I would never go back to this brunch of Hertz. Honestly I don't think I will ever go through Hertz again. They put me in a rental car because I hit a deer and my car got put in a shop. They already charged me close to $300 randomly without saying anything. Then today they me close to $1300. The car they wasn't serviced and all 4 tires...were badly dry rotted. I even had a blow out on the front. I feel like I was treated very wrong. And I'm lucky enough to know a little about cars."
"Booked a rental through Expedia. Mainly because it was way cheaper. My first time ever using hertz. And I won't be back. I booked around noon time on Friday. For a 230pm pick up. I go in and give my name. The woman can't find it. I said I just booked a few hours ago on Expedia. She looks over at the other woman there, both giving this glare, and said oh that's why. Late Friday booking you should have called first. Rude. But whatever. Then she asks for a credit card. I don't have one. I can pay now with my debit card. She says very rudely we don't accept debit. Has to be a credit card only. I said ok well then I guess cancel the rental. Then she proceeds to tell me she can't because it's through Expedia. So I make sure it's canceled on there, and they tell me it's a risk free rental (book now, pay at pick up) so I won't be charged. Awesome. Then I check my bank acct 2 days later and hertz charged me $30 for rental insurance. On a rental I never even got to use! Rude staff. Charged me for something I didn't have. Won't do business with them again. Terrible first experience. Those women need to be trained in customer service."
"I rented the car from this location and it’s been 6 days I’m trying to change the car because of controlling problem(maybe the wheel alignment)in the car this is not the first time this was happening for me from last one month I’m renting from last 4months.when ever I reach them they are telling only one word I can’t change the car because we don’t have any other cars but there was a plenty of cars in hertz reservation parking place. And if go to any other hertz store they are like you are not my customer so I won’t change the car. Who will be responsible if I met with an accident with this problem in the car. Store address:- 4316 hertz Saint Peter’s On Saturday the store was opened but the employee in the store(lady employee) was always says that the will be closed on Saturday."
"I was trying to book a car on the website and "Pay" up front, so I came by the store and what await me at the desk isn't happy face instead look like the lady there isn't happy or something, we try to explain to her that we book and pay already, then she asked me for my card and ID, and after 30m she and told me she unable to let me rent car now, and I have to wait for het boss. When I ask her why and what's happened ? She answered" I don't know", I tried to be patience with her, explain to her I have a field trip and it will be late, I want to know why she isn't process my booking even though I pay already. She doesn't explain why or anything, she keeps say she doesn't know and wait for her boss within hour with "rude" and "disrespect" voice. We wait for her to call us to let us know her boss is at the store but she isn't call us, so we have to came by and talk to her boss on ourselves. I was like you are customer service and you said you do not know and treat your customer with bad attitude? I was "Pay" to rent a car not rent for "free". Do not treat customer like they are here to rent a car for free please. First also my last time with this Hertz location."
