"I have tried to go to this subway several times in the past month and it is almost always closed, not late either, I will go at 2pm in the afternoon and the doors are locked, or 9pm at night and they are closed even though webiste says they close at 10. The weird part is in the 4 times this has happened this month there were employees in the building standing around everytime. They would just give me a blank stare and then mouth the words closed or pretend they couldnt see me at the door. Very weird and seems like they clearly just don't want to take customers and trying to slack off whenever they can."
"I bought the Bogo deal and when got home.Barely had any tuna on my sandwich. When I called store they said when you buy bogo you get less meat. When I called another location said that is absolutely not true. Will not return to this location bad service"
"We ordered the bogo deal on there app we ordered a tuna and a cold cut with 50 percent more meat. We picked it up got home to eat and we had to move the lettuce around just to sea about a tbl spoon of tuna. The cold cut combo did not have 50 percent more meat. I called the store and was told by the owner that on the bogo deal you get less meat on your sandwich. I called to other subway they told me you get the same amount of meat on the bogo. I took pictures of both sandwiches that is false advertisement. I WILL NEVER GO BACK."
"We walked in on the 5th of December 2023 Tuesday night and there was no one in the establishment eating and no one line. We stood in front of the counter two feet away from the man and woman behind the counter each making a sandwich and talking and laughing and they did not look at us or greet us or acknowledge that we were there. We stood there for a minute and they said nothing, did not look at us at all and we told each other loudly if they're not even going to acknowledge that we're here let's go. So we turned around and walked away. Before we exited the subway we paused at the door and looked behind us at the employees who were still talking and laughing and making their sandwiches and we just waited a moment to see if they would say anything like oh we're sorry or come back or something like that. But we still weren't acknowledged. I looked at my arms and then I looked at my wife and I said, I am in here okay? And she touched me and she said I think you're real, I think you're here. We looked back at the sandwich makers who still haven't even looked at us even though we were literally 24 inches from them and talking loudly. Excuse me I said to them. No response. Hello subway employees? No reply. My wife and I looked at each other in amazement and walked out. They get our vote for "The Most Oblivious To Their Customers" award. Congrats, High Ridge subway!"
"Very poor customer service experience. Flat bread stuck to the paper in the box. Cheese everywhere stuck. Ordered a sandwich with out onions. They put onions on it. First told me I orders them. I ordered red wine vinegar not onions. They told me just to pick them off when I called to complain."
