"The staff is friendly,fast and efficient. They are a very busy place every time I go to pick up an order. That should say something in and of itself. The food is always good. Only three critiques. I'm not fond of the waitress carrying a basket with bread and offering a roll vs having a set amount already at your table. They are already super busy. Why make it harder on them? You are just causing them to have to do more work on an already very busy job. Maybe have one worker placed with the task of passing out rolls? Secondly, when you do family meals,the fettuccine alfredo never comes with enough sauce. It's pretty dry. But that's not really terrible and it's easily remedied. Thirdly, I can't find the option to order dinner rolls on their online ordering tool anymore. Boo!"
"The owner of this place needs too retire & hire a manager who knows how to properly operate a restaurant. Service is usually about a 7:10, that is until it’s time to pay up & then you’ll get to play the game with the server trying to sneak off with the balance(cash)assuming it’s all just part of the tip!?! Then when you confront the owner he’ll simply just shrug it off as if thats just part of the normal routine. After nearly a decade of loyalty, MY FAMILY NOR I WILL EVER AGAIN PATRONIZE THE HIGH RIDGE LOCATION! Horrendous management as well as work ethic at this location. It really makes one wonder why the Pasta House franchise would allow this location to exist."
"This Pasta House is my favorite. I aways end up bringing half my dinner home since the salad and rolls are so delicious. I would recommend the garlic cheese bread and pasta tutto mare. The desserts are delicious too!"
"Our server was awesome. Attentive without hovering. Very friendly, efficient and polite. The food is always good with generous portions. Looking forward to lunch from my leftovers!"
"Haven't been here in a long time. Took my wife and daughter the other night. It was the perfect amount of food, customer service and ambiance for a family date night. I will definitely be going back!"
