"Update: once again, I was able to walk in and purchase an ice cream cake and have them write on it. No appt. No ordering. The gentleman behind the counter, Jeremy, was truly great at his job. He actually appeared to enjoy his job there. He smiled, he was friendly and very courteous with the customers. He asked the customer at the counter (while they were still deciding what to order) if they minded, if he gave the Doordasher their pick up order. VERY thoughtful and professional. He deserves a PTO day! I was able to walk in and pick up an ice cream cake and have the writing added to it immediately."
