McDonald's 199 Spencer Road, St. Peters, MO 63376

"I go through the 199 Spencer Rd location frequently, as it is less than a mile from my jobsite. On most occasions I get from getting in line to leaving with my food in less than 5 minutes. Most other McDonald's locations I've been to make you pull around every time, I've had that happen to me twice here and both times I waited in the pickup spot for under 2 minutes. Food is always piping hot and fresh and they've never made a mistake, even down to the little details. I appreciate the staff at this location, in my experience they are the fastest, most efficient crew I've seen."

"Even when no other customers are behind you, they pull you forward and make you wait for a suspiciously long time. Seems like very lazy staff that's only interested in making their drive thru times look good on paper. This store also allows their truck delivery drivers block off a drive through lane for a minimum of an hour every delivery. Mexico Road is the busiest road in st peters every morning. You might as well close your drive though on delivery days because you are only pissonf off customers by surrounding your store with a single line of annoyed customers while you take your time with the truck."

"I went through the drive thru at this McDonald's a little after 1:30 on Jan 25th, 2024 and asked for them to bill the 4 cookies out separately bc the price for the 3 pk is 9¢ more than buying 3 individual cookies. They didn't do this and then when I just mentioned the price difference to the young blond girl at the window (Kylie?), she completely blew me off. She actually waved her hand at me like I was a fly she was shooing away. I don't really care that much about the price difference; I wasn't even asking for a refund. The food was great. The cookies were warm and the sandwich was perfect. Everyone else was great and I understand that the workers don't make the prices. I wouldn't even be writing this if it wasn't for her attitude."

"I have always loved McDonald's. 9 out of 10 they're great. There's a few here where younger people are given high positions and attitude is what you get. I actually had a young lady over the intercom argue with me through the drive through. All I asked for was fresh cookies. I said I'd pull around and wait, but she said it had a time and date, so they were fresh. Refused to make new, and that was the end...this was off of Page Ave. Not this location."

"They will say your order is ready head inside and then you will actually watch them as they print your ticket and you still wait another 15 minutes despite ordering ahead on the app. Consistently this is an issue so don’t expect it to be actual fast food. I pay extra for them to mix in stuff with my frappe and they make it wrong half the time every time. Wish I had the corporate number because this place is TRASHY"
