"July 2019 We had such a positive experience with Robbie and KC Global last year we hired them to drive us to the airport and back home again this year. Again they provided fantastic, courteous service! I highly recommend KC Global to anyone wanting great service and safe transportation!!! Oct 2018 Our flight from MCI was leaving at 6 am so we scheduled a pickup for 3 am. Robbie arrived early, helped load our bags into a large SUV, and was very friendly, professional and courteous. The vehicle was spotless and very comfortable and there were cold bottles of water provided for all 3 people in our party. On the way he advised that the vendors at the airport would all be closed at that hour and asked if we wanted to stop and get coffee/breakfast; just what we needed! Thank you Robbie!! Our return flight arrived almost an hour early but when we got to the baggage claim area, there was a KC Global driver Roberta, with our name on a sign waiting for us! She helped retrieve our bags off the conveyor and then loaded them into the vehicle (again a large SUV that was spotless, very roomy and had cold bottles of water for everyone). Our driver was friendly, professional and courteous. I am normally a nervous passenger but both the drivers from KC Global drove well and I felt completely at ease. "Couldn't ask for a better chauffeur!! It was last minute when we were trying to find transportation service to the airport for our summer vacation. I googled search and found KC Global and thought we give it a try. The price was so reasonable and Robbie even offer a lower price for us! The whole process was so smooth! We requested a baby infant seat and even though at first they didn't have it, Robbie went out and beyond to get us one. On the day to the airport, we got a call and Robbie was outside waiting for us 30 minutes prior to our requested time! The ride was smooth and quick and Robbie assisted us until we were good to go at the airport. We loved it all that we requested his service when we came back. Our trip was a month and despite our flight complications and time change Robbie was still able to deliver exceptional service.
