"My husband was released from the hospital & I was unable to pick him up because I hurt my back. He left my husband sitting in the rain by our front steps instead of leaving him in the van until the lift assist from fire dept arrived. Not pleased with the service! Leaving a 70 year old man in the rain that had a major surgery a week earlier!"

"Had a ride scheduled for 4:30am to take me to the airport. They never showed up and when I called dispatch, they said there was nothing booked for my name and phone number. I read them my confirmation number and he says 'nothin showing up'. They never scheduled another ride and never called me back. Thankfully there was an Uber nearby. A last minute, shot-in-the-dark Uber was more reliable than this company. Completely worthless, will never be using them again as I almost missed my flight."

"My aunt made an appointment two days in advance to pick up her husband up, who is in a wheelchair to my uncle's celebration of life. At 11 a.m., they called saying they didn't have an ETA on when they would have a driver. It was already a stressful, emotional day. And Ztrip added even more. We won't ever use them again. This isn't the first time we've had a bad experience with it. It will, however, be the last. We had to get him there ourselves"

"Called and scheduled a trip for 3AM pick up to the airport and was told we’d be called when our ride was on the way. 3AM came & went so we called and were told that there wasn’t a ride coming and that no one was assigned to our trip we scheduled in advance…. Zero communication on their end. Thankfully an Uber was available. First and last time I’ll ever use this company"

"Unreliable I booked a trip through the z trip app for a wheelchair accessible vehicle. I did this a few days prior to my appointment. It was confirmed on the app. The day of my trip, I received an automated call asking me to verify. I did and the trip was confirmed. I waited from 1:45 to 3 pm. No driver. I phoned the company and was told that wheelchair accessible vehicles are not guaranteed to arrive on time. Why does the app not furnish this information when you request a wheelchair accessible vehicle? Bad customer service and support."
