"Went to have an airbag recall performed as well as check out a couple other things on the vehicle. They might have fixed the recall but didn't clear the code for the airbag or ask if they could diag the code. They just left the light on and didn't mention it. As far as the other work goes their estimates for the repairs were astronomically higher than expected. Go to a dealership and pay more but get better work.... right? But technician 673968 thinks my rear main is leaking and the oil pan is leaking. The truck doesn't even have a drip coming from it. And they charged me 150 for diag for my door seals and then told me they don't do anything related to fixing them (door seals or hinges) the service centers only goal is to rack up some ridiculous bill in the hopes that you will trade in your "dilapidated" vehicle for one of their new cars. When I asked about the light after I got my truck back I was told that they do not bother with anything that is not related to what I brought it in for. But I brought it in for the airbag recall! STAY AWAY FROM DEALERSHIPS! Specifically cable dahmer"
"Highly recommended! We had the pleasure of working with Paulo and David, his manager when recently shopping for a late model, low milage used car. They had the car we wanted and we easily worked out an equitable deal. It was a pleasurable experience conversing with these gentlemen. We hate that issues with our insurance claim caused the deal to fall through. They promptly refunded the money we had put down without question or hassle though. We ended up upgrading from that vehicle to a different make and model when the claim issues resolved but they were gracious in defeat. Thing is, we made new friends that day and we will not buy a car in the future without talking to Paulo and David first. We didn't know how much fun not buying a used car could be!"
