"first time I used this service,, very disappointing not sure if it was the time I was using.. I left an event from t mobile center. 1:am.. I ordered a lyft car @12:30am they never came so I used zip and same thing no show! ."
"I signed up for this service in August. Followed all the procedures and my account was never opened. Tried to get in touch several times digitally during the month I needed it and never heard back. I then called and found out that they made an error on my account but would not refund my account application fee. Very poor customer service and unethical policies. Can't advise on the quality of the vehicles as I have never used them."
