"Absolutely do not recommend buying a car here or having your car worked on here. All they care about is getting your money and getting you out of the door. My family has purchased around 7 cars from this location, so it’s not like I was a new customer. I bought my car in 2021 and have had issues with the service department the whole time. At one point there was rattling in my doors and the person in the service department (Barry I believe) told me they were going to “put spray foam” in the door. I recently brought my car in because of the car’s internal navigation system. My car’s location is constantly wrong which has been unsafe, unhelpful, and distracting. I have brought it in for the issue 4 times now since December and the most recent time they had my car for a month. The issue is still happening. During one of my visits, I was told they test drove my car and “couldn’t get it to repeat the issue”. Luckily I took a picture of my odometer when I dropped it off, so I have proof they only drove it 1 mile. This was at least the second time they had my car for the issue, so they were well aware of the issue. I have provided them with around 10 videos of my car’s navigation system not working, so they have plenty of proof of the issue. When I picked up my car from the most recent time they had it (for a month) all they did was reset the system, which they claimed they had already done during my first visit AND my second visit. If they already tried resetting it two other times, I don’t understand why they would continue to try to do it and waste my time when they knew it didn’t work already. They had my car for a month and all they did was reset it and put a broken piece in my car which I explained below. There has a popping sound in my dash as well. I have been in multiple times for this issue. I mentioned the sound during my visit for the navigation issues and they said they’d look at it. When I picked it up they said it was fixed. The sound was gone but now there’s an even worse crackling sound. It is so loud I can hear it over my radio when it is turned 2/3 of the way up. I called and explained the issue, they had me bring my car in. When I picked it up they said they had put a piece in my car to fix the original popping sound but somehow the piece they put in “was broken straight out of the box despite being new” and that they fixed the issue. The next day my car continued to make the second sound that was apparently from a piece “that came out of the new box broken” a piece that they claimed fixed with a new non broken one. I’m not sure what their story will be as to why it’s continuing to make the new cracking sound. I highly doubt they happened to accidentally put a second broken piece in the dash. I believe they broke something in my car when trying to fix the original popping sound. I have videos of the sound as well. The person who has been working with me in the service department has been notified that the technicians are only test driving cars for a single mile and are not giving them accurate test drives, however I am continuing to get pushed off. I absolutely hate going to the service department as a woman because it feels like they just brush me off. I have had to have men go with me or bring my car in for me because they clearly do not take me seriously. They can’t even be trusted to drive a car for more than a minute to diagnose the problem. This place is a mess and untrustworthy at this point. I’m currently waiting to hear back from the owner."
