"For the price the food was not worth it. 16 bucks for lunch for one person is outrageous. I had the 5 piece chicken tenders the breading was hard and the biscuit was gritty. The soda was watery and not drinkable. A person taking my order never asked if I wanted any sauces or anything to dip my chicken tenders in. The biscuit was not edible and the coleslaw wasn't worth eating. I went through the drive-thru so the atmosphere was what you expect at a drive-thru."

"Excellent male cashier at drive-thru window who was very helpful and accommodating when I changed order around. Wings made to order so a bit of a wait but worth it. Fair warning Popeye's prices have really increased; large coleslaw nearly $7."

"These were the “Chicken Strips” we just received for $15.00. No chicken Strips.. Just two big chicken nuggets!! What a joke! Returned the food and will never make that mistake again. I’m so tired of these corporate places giving out lower quality food and charging a higher price. Enough is enough. Never again!"

"My first time here. Went here at 11:30 and service in the drive thru was very slow. We got our food and they left out our fries. They were very friendly about it and replaced it but again service was so slow. Food was good. I like this chicken better than many other chains. I cannot handle and spice and the regular recipe is perfect. Love the fries. Also, best frozen strawberry lemonde I’ve had!"

"Horrible service: I stood at the counter for 5 mins before someone took my order. Ordered got my cup, sat and waited 15 minutes. Only after another customer got their food did they realize they had forgotten me. My food was on the take out shelf. They handed it to me and said sorry. I was left with cold food, no offer to replace, or refund or anything just ignored."
