"The worst customer service. The self check out lines don't take cash. So I asked an employee named BRAD about it and he was very rude and condescending. Then I had to wait in another line, to check out my stuff. The cashier forgot to give me my change and set me aside while checking out other customers. I stood there, waiting for a COS to come over. I waited for 15 minutes. I seen another customer get upset because they're was no one to verify her purchase and she left a whole cart of food behind. Most definitely needs better management. I usually go to the Sams on East Sunshine. Never again will I go to this location. East Sunshine Sams Club will continue to get my service."

"We left Sam's for a couple of years, but made the decision to switch back. So glad we did. Far better deals than the other place. And more options on the things we like. I really do like the improvements that have been made. This really is a great place to shop"

"Found a few items at Sam's Club that I'm happy about. They had some men's pants that are made like jeans but are a thin canvas-like material... less than 16 bucks! I love them. Great fit, great look, and excellent price! We also found some bargains on some OTC meds, snacks, lunch meat, candy, paper kitchen products, bottled tea, and some meal condiments. The only things I was disappointed in is we were looking for a meat and veggie tray. Everyone suggested Sam's Club but they had little options. We looked and looked because we had found them there before but when we finally asked they only had a small salami tray. They also don't have men's belts. That's kind of strange. The place was clean, staff was friendly although when asked a few questions they didn't know the answers... however they did go find the answers. We did save money and I will go again."
