"I wouldn’t do business with Automotive Technology Inc located in Fenton, Mo. They don’t stand behind their work that they do. My issue: I have a 2 post lift that needed the carriage replaced. It was a warrantied part so I just needed to pay for the labor to remove and replace the carriage. Contacted Automotive Technology Inc for their services. Two men came to my house and performed the work. Three hours of work cost me $610 dollars. The two guys ensured everything was adjusted correctly and I was good to go. I didn’t use the lift until 4 weeks later when I needed to change the oil in one of the cars. Put the car on the lift, changed the oil, went to lower the car and one of the locks wouldn’t disengage. Pulling the lock release lever would only release one lock and not both. Car is stuck on the lift. I had to go to the column that the lock wouldn’t disengage and manually hold the lock while the wife lowered the vehicle down. Called Automotive Technology Inc to have a tech come to the house to adjust the lock cable and was told that would be another service call. I’m being charged again for something that failed after a tech worked on it."
