"My best friend and my boyfriend and I went in today and had the worst experience. While shopping in the vinyl section we were constantly followed around by the gentleman worker. We didn't have anything in our hands nor did we have any intent to steal. We then made our way upstairs and he FOLLOWED US. The ENTIRE time we were upstairs. It made us very uncomfortable. When it cane time to check out we went back to the vinyls and he was still following us. We were just normal customers looking for books and vinyls and got harassed the entire time. I love going to Barnes and Noble and this experience made me really upset and not wanting to go again."

"I had not shopped Barnes and Noble for some time however my daughter 10 is really into Lego’s and wanted the Lego White House. We looked other places but to no avail they were out of stock or would not arrive till well after Christmas. The Barnes and Noble website said that there was one in stock in the store at Oak Park Mall where we were. We looked on their display shelves and did not see it. I inquired at the customer service counter. The guy at the counter seemed very busy but took the time to stop what he was doing to look for the item I was looking for. He checked their inventory and went and looked again. He went into the back room and came out empty handed and went and looked in another spot where some Lego sets were displayed and did not have much luck. He went back into the back room one more time and was back there for a bit. He finally came back holding the Lego White House architecture set we were looking for. This really made our 10 year old daughters Christmas. I didn’t get his name but Thank You to the Barnes and Noble employee who did not stop till he found it . I’ll shop Barnes and Noble again because of employees like that .. see finished photo she worked on it for 3 days straight"

"TWO STORIES! I’ve got books, movies, DVDs, and vinyls period. This place is two stories and it seems like it’s the biggest Barnes & Noble I’ve been to. Staff is friendly and the place is clean couldn’t ask for much more. Play tip parking is crazy park by Dillards."
