Jiffy Lube

"I was looking to get an oil change in a car I just bought. My fiancee had recommended this jiffy lube and I can see why she recommended it. Drew helped me and was very friendly and very fast with getting us on our way. When I get a genuine friendliness from employees it just makes me want to come back and I absolutely will be coming back! Thank you!"

"Toney was wonderful. He was patient in showing me what exactly needed done and why, and when I needed to take time to check with Knowledgeable friends before agreeing to service. They were understanding and not pushy at all. There was a small lapse in communication and Toney did all within his power to make it right and was very apologetic. Great great customer service!"

"The customer service here is amazing. They took an hour longer than quoted and apologized multiple times even though I did not mind at ALL. The waiting room was nice, free water and coffee and one of the workers even shared his snack with my daughter which was sweet. I will definitely be going back for any other car needs. The girl at the front desk was also very nice!"

"I think the price was outrageous and it was very disconcerting when a man came in and you dropped the price $40.00 for him in front of a full waiting room. If we had to pay the price and trusted you why because he didnt want to go to Walmart did you drop his price? No a good business practice. There are plenty of other places to go. Sorry, I really liked the workers there but the manager and person in the little room off the counter area...not so much."
