"Just stopped by to order a sandwich. They are out of bread and wraps. They said we could get a salad. You are a sandwich shop. If you have no bread you may as well shut down for the night."

"This Subway has to be one of the worst ones I've been to. My family and I have ordered and ate there countless times, and it's only gone downhill. Their toaster has been broken for months even though an employee had told us they would repair it in September of this year. I do not see how you can function with that massive of a missing component from your restaurant. Furthermore, they have gotten our orders wrong more times than I can count. They never seem to have Flatbread, but even then they will lazily construct sandwiches and completely mess up your order. I am highly dissatisfied with the condition and service of this restaurant."

"We ordered 6 subs and none of them got toasted. The Buffalo chicken was cold we had to microwave when we got home. Its consistently getting worse. We might have to try another place."

"I ordered 4 footlongs through the app, so around 50 dollars worth of sandwiches. I asked for curbside service, and when I arrived at the store I was alerted my order was ready and I pressed the button that said I was there, and was told my order would be brought out. About 5 min later I tried calling the store, and while I could see an employee inside, they just let the phone ring for over ten minutes. It wasn’t busy- there was only one other customer leaving when I pulled up. Then when I got my order and went home, I realized all 4 sandwiches that were supposed to be toasted were ice cold (and some were sandwiches that come toasted on the menu like a Philly cheesesteak- cold steak meat with slices of cold cheese laid on top). And the condiments were so thick and soggy on the sandwiches they had to be all scraped off to be halfway edible. Nobody answers the phone at the store so I tried leaving feedback online but only was notified that my input would be passed on with no offer to try and make anything right. Won’t be returning!"
