"I had been wanting to try this place as food trucks normally serve delicious food. I was disappointed to say the least. My burger looked and tasted like one of those pre made burgers you get at Sam's club, it was thin and dry and didn't even fit the oversized bun. The fries were limp and not crispy at all. I could have gone to Wendy's and gotten a better burger."

"I have driven by this truck on Leavenworth Rd for over a month now. Well, tonight is the night we pulled the trigger. We got a little bit of everything, a bone dinner, brisket sandwich, the Wisdom burger, dirty mac, potato salad & Cole slaw. Service was great & with a smile. Took a few minutes but everything was hot so.... worth the wait. The ribs are fall of the bone, nice smoke ring, and the meat was tender. Very tasty! The wisdom burger was very good as well, topped with brisket & thick cut bacon & the normal cold set up (tomato, onion, pickle, & lettuce). It was very good! I topped my burger with their sauce & it elevated the burger to the next level My wife had the brisket sandwich. She said it was one of the best sandwiches she's had & absolutely loved their sauce! A solid 4 star! The dirty mac... I didn't know what to expect, we were just trying to try everything so we added this. Asked no questions. Got home & was pleasantly surprised that it was hot mac & cheese, both temperature wise and spicy wise. Very good mac & cheese with jalapeños diced up. I love spicy mac so this was a huge plus! Solid 4.5! The only thing I was disappointed about is they don't have any kind of fry on their menu. No steak fries, curly Qs, waffle cut, etc."
