"the staff at caliber is incredibly wonderful and i absolutely recommend it to everyone here in springfield! i was first greeted by melissa and the front desk, and she made me feel right at home while i waited or filled out paperwork. next, roger helped me out with the estimate, as well as other things, and was very thorough with explaining just what needed to be done. lucky for me, it was a fairly simple replacement, but he explained their usual process and procedure, should they find more damage later. i never felt out of the loop or unsure. my truck has unfortunately been left in bad hands before, but i felt absolutely reassured leaving it was them. as for the actual body work, i am absolutely thrilled with how it came out! the amount of attention to detail they put into all of their work is very appreciated, and i most definitely recommend caliber collision to everyone in the area. thank you so much, caliber :)"

"My experience with the folks at Caliber was amazing. Starting with Melissa when I walked in the door, to Jason taking over my project and completing it exactly when and how he said he would. They kept me aware of the process and up to date on how the repairs were going and when my truck would be complete. I was told it would be ready on Friday 12/8 and I got a call on 12/7 saying it was ready. I went to pick up my truck and met Roger who went over the details of what was repaired and Brandon the General Manager who took care of my paperwork himself so I didn't have to wait, both of these guys were great to work with as well.
