"Don't buy any of ECB Limousine, because this company will not support you if anything happened to your ECB limousine. The left stretch glass window was smashed of my 2008 Lincoln Town car 120" limousine made by ECB and ECB totally denied to help me to find a new glass. ECB said that they can't help me to install new stretch glass window so limousine is garbage."
"I’ve been buying vehicles from Executive Coach Builders since 2007, and now I’m in a situation where I need service of their warranty department, but they are not helpful at all. I’ve been trying to get in hold of someone for a week, and my vehicle has been in dealership for a week already, but no assistance received from warranty department. In fact every time I need something from their warranty department it takes days and days. When you call them you always talk to answer machine, the guy Scott who is responsible for that never answers the phone, never at his desk. I think I’m done with them, next time I will try Royal."
