"I started going to Bohannon Auto at the recommendation of a friend after having an unfortunate experience with another mechanic and with a car I had purchased. They have been nothing but phenomenal. When I go in, they're always willing to give me the info about what could be done, how urgent it is, how relevant to safety or gas mileage it is, and what should be prioritized vs not if my budget is limited. They're always honest with me if something really doesn't need done or isn't worth it, vs if it really is important for safety, and that's so incredibly refreshing. They also always check with me first, if something might end up with a more costly fix before they get started, so that I don't end up in a "well I have to now" situation without any warning. Plus, theres convenient and comfortable seating in their waiting area, a desk for if you need to do some work while you wait, and a shop dog who is so friendly and calm to greet if you want company during your wait. I also find it super convenient that they'll text me with updates since I prefer it if I have other things to do that don't allow me to take calls while I'm waiting on my car. Plus, everyone there has always been so kind and understanding. I really do recommend them!"
