"I wish i could give a higher score. The work performed was above satisfactory. The problem i had with this dealership was the text i received recommending 6 additional services. I might agree to the first, bein Engine Air Filter Replacement. But the recommendations went on to include a Diagnostic Oil Leak inspection ($180.09), showing a picture of an oil leak under the a car. Note, i later found out this was not my car, nor did i have an oil leak. They just wanted to charge me $180.09 to tell me what i already knew. Another recommendation was 4 new tires and an alignment. Now my tires still had 5/32 on them so they were not worn to the point to needing tires, nor was it pointed out they were wearing uneven. This would have cost an additional $919.77 and $145, respectively. Luckily I stay tuned to the needs of my car, but these sevice reccomendations could have cost a customer who assumed the dealership would not try to sell her or him something that they really did not need at this time. If i had just said "yes" to their reccomendations it would have cost me an additional $1907.71. Shame on you Reliable. Guess i will be shopping elsewhere."
"The service department is a joke! They don't answer their phones, do not call the customer with updates, horrible customer service! I had a 8:30am appointment and never received an update call, so I called them and had to call a 1-800 number to send a message to that service dept bc nobody would answer the phones. Finally Cody(who was my contact) called me and stated he would call me right back! Nope! After over an hour he called back, I missed it(dealing with my kid) so I called back and he again stated he would call me right back! Nope, he left me hanging. I kept calling every number I could to get ahold of someone and nothing! Now they were closed! Now I’m left without a car, my 2 car seats and no transportation means! Completely unacceptable and poor communication! I went in for windshield wipers not working and there is no reason to leave me without a car for the weekend! I went to the dealership as sales was still there and they went to find my car and found it in pieces so there was no way to give it back to me! DO NOT BY ANY MEANS USE THIS DEALERSHIP!! THEY ARE COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT AND EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMERS SERVICE! BEWARE!!!!!!!"
"I booked an appointment online. Took a day off work, got a dog sitter and drove all the way in. When I pulled in an older man (one who gives rides) jokingly told me my appointment had been canceled. This really irritated me. Then guess what although the tech pulled up my appointment on his tablet he said that diagnostic testing was a week and a half out. But I had an appointment! And had scheduled it a good week in advance. He told me I should have called and talked to someone. Um…he had my appointment on his list. Shouldn’t be have called me? It’s a dealer. Should be top of the line. I made an online appointment and was even reminded via email and twice on text. Yet, my appointment was dismissed because I had made it online. Never coming back. And to the older man who joked my appointment was canceled. Guess he was right."
